2007 Conference Recap

Each year, Emerging Leaders interns participate in a 3 day leadership development conference that focuses on developing work-related skills, including techniques for problem solving, data gathering, feedback and presentations. In 2007, 18 of the 25 Emerging Leaders interns attended, and using a case study model, worked in teams to collaboratively develop a report on some of the barriers to successful employment for youth with disabilities.
